Worship team management, built by a worship director.
Teamflowr is the simplest way to schedule your team, plan your services, and keep everyone on the same page. Designed for the realities of church ministry, not corporate software.
Currently in beta. Invitations going out to new churches weekly.
I built Teamflowr because I couldn’t find what I needed.
After 8+ years as a worship director, I tried every tool out there. Some were built for massive churches and felt like overkill. Others were clearly built by people who had never actually led a worship team. Too many features nobody uses, or not enough of the ones that matter most.
Teamflowr is what I wish I’d had from day one. Built for small and medium churches, but ready to scale when you are.
What it does
Schedule your team
Simple, flexible, and built around how worship teams actually rotate.
Plan your services
Song lists, keys, arrangements, notes, and files. All in one place.
Communicate without chaos
Cut down on the five-group-texts-and-three-emails problem.
See the whole picture
Know who's serving, who's burning out, and who hasn't played in a while.
- Small and medium churches (though it scales for larger ones too).
- Worship directors who want their time back.
- Teams that want to plan better and communicate less chaotically.
- Churches replacing a mess of Google Sheets, group chats, and sticky notes.

Teamflowr is currently in beta. I’m onboarding churches one at a time to make sure the product actually serves them well.
